With the risk of online scamming increasing, how do I know that you are 100% genuine?

This is a question we really like to answer. We are 100% legitimate. If you would like to pay us a visit to say hello you are more than welcome. Can anyone enter?

You must be over 18 to enter and a UK resident.

How many entries am I allowed to purchase?

The maximum number of entries permitted is listed on each competition.

Why are there limits on entries I can purchase?

We set limits because we want to create a fair playing field for our entrants.

Is there a free postal entry option?

Yes, every competition has a free postal entry.

How do I pay for my entries?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Google and Apple pay. All payments are processed using the very latest secure encryption security.

How and when do you announce the winners?

Winners are announced live on Facebook at 7pm on the Wednesday following the sale of the final ticket or end date. Whichever comes first. A live Google random number generator is used to ensure a fair draw.

What if I miss the live draw?

Don’t worry, our winners will be contacted via the details used in your ‘My Account’ section. Make sure they’re up to date, and we’ll be in touch within two working days of the draw if you’re one of our lucky winners.

How long does it take to receive my prize?

We will contact the lucky winner within 48hrs for collection or delivery of your prize. In some instances, we may deliver in person so we can get some pictures of you accepting your prize for our social media channels. If you would like to collect your prize from us, you can the day after the draw has taken place.

Why do I need to use my full legal name?

We require ID for all winners. We have to be able to verify all winners legal full name before paying out or sending out any prizes. We need to comply with age restriction laws and make sure you’re over 18 years old. We also need to verify the person who won the prize is the person going to receive it.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

Unfortunately, any ticket purchases are final and cannot be refunded.

Can I take a cash alternative?

If there is a cash alternative we make this very clear on each competition. Cash alternatives are offered on a selection of our competitions.
